Patricia Curated Collection Details Card

You will receive a digital proof with five business days of submitting your order and Details Form. All information we need , such as your names, date, location, and any other information included on your paper goods will be collected on the Details Form. All Curated Collection pieces include one round of revisions. Any additional edits requested beyond the second proof will add to the timeline and incur a $75 per hour charge, depending on the request made. 

Production will begin after we receive final approval from you on the artwork. Production will be completed within 15-20 business days of approval. 

If you would like to rush the job for production to be completed in 5-10 business days, please reach out to us when ordering. This will incur a 25% rush fee.

We ship via insured UPS. Once everything is ready to be shipped we will send you an email asking if you would like Priority, 2 day, 3 day, or ground shipping, and confirm the address the invitations should be shipped to. We will send a separate invoice for shipping costs. Once the invoice is paid your dream wedding suite will be on its way!

After completing your purchase, you'll receive an email from us with a link to your details form. In the body of the email, you’ll find a button that takes you to a page where each item in your wedding suite is listed, along with a download button for its corresponding form. Each form is a direct link to the Palmetto Letterpress website, where you’ll provide the information needed to complete your suite.
