We want you to be satisfied. Please note that letterpress is a process done by hand and each piece can vary slightly in both color and production. This is not a reason for a return/exchange. 

To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  Contact us within 5 days of delivery and return the item within 14 days of delivery. 

To initiate a return, please reach out to us at hello@palmettoletterpress.com Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Thank you for your purchase from Palmetto Letterpress. We take pride in creating personalized wedding suites and stationery tailored to your specifications. Please review our return policy regarding these customized items.

• Custom Orders: All wedding suites and stationery are made to order and customized according to your specifications. As such, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on these items.
• Errors: If there is an error in the order that is the fault of Palmetto Letterpress—such as design discrepancies, incorrect color—we will gladly rectify the mistake. Please notify us within 7 days of receipt of your order to address any issues.
• Proof Approval: Before final production of Wedding Items, we provide a digital proof for your review. It is essential to check all details carefully and approve the proof, as approval indicates acceptance of the design as presented.
• Refunds: Refunds will only be issued in cases where an error made by Palmetto Letterpress cannot be corrected.
